摘　　要：随着移动技术和应用的迅猛发展,移动设备的用户希望在移动过程中保持因特网接入和连续通信,且仍能获得如固定接入一样的网络QoS。近年来对固定IP网的QoS研究取得了一定的成果,但对移动IP网的QoS研究还很不足。分析研究了国内外各种QoS技术,在Y.1281[1]框架结构的基础上,提出了一种基于QoS代理的移动IP QoS机制,能基本解决移动环境下的QoS保障问题。With the fast development of mobile technology and application, users who use mobile equipments expect to keep Internet access and continued communication when they move. Moreover, users expect to obtain quality of service as well as the immobility network. In the recent years, the research about QoS of immobility network has acquired definite fruit. But the research about QoS of mobility network is much deficiency. The paper analyzes and studies all kinds of technologies on QoS, brings forward a scheme of Mobile IP QoS based QoS Agent, on the basis of the framework in Y. 1281. The scheme can basically settle the question of QoS guarantee in mobile environment.
