二氧化氯对烟草漂浮育苗剪叶刀具的消毒作用研究

摘　　要：对二氧化氯在烟草漂浮育苗中剪叶工具的消毒效果进行了研究。结果表明用16％二氧化氯200-1600倍液浸泡污染了TMV的剪刀，均能有效控制TMV的传播；其中16％绿先锋牌二氧化氯800倍液浸泡消毒10s即可有效防止TMV的传播，相对防效可达98％以上。研究结果可供烤烟等漂浮育苗生产中对剪叶工具进行消毒，以防止病毒病的传播蔓延。Sterilization function of chlorine dioxide to the leaf-cutting tools in tobacco floating-seedling system was studied. Tests results showed that chlorine dioxide could effectively control TMV transmission when dipping the TMV contaminated scissors into the 200 - 1 600 dilution of 16% chlorine dioxide. 800 dilution of chlorine dioxide treated the scissors for 10 s could prevent TMV spread effectively, and the relative control effect could be over 98%. The results were very useful for the leaf-cutting tools sterilization to prevent the virus diseases spread in flue-cured tobacco floating-seedling system.
