摘　　要：介绍一种基于H.264的远程数字视频监控系统。通过采用高性能的H.264视频压缩标准和RTP/RTCP协议,保证视频流的实时传输和流畅播放,同时极大的降低了对网络带宽的要求。系统软件设计采用C/S结构,可用于动态IP网络环境,系统规模动态变化,具有良好的扩展性和伸缩性。This paper introduces a H.264 - based remote digital video monitoring system. The high - performance H. 264 standard and RTP/RTCP are adopted to ensure the real- time transmission and smoothly- playing of video stream, in the same time, the bandwidth requirement is reduced greatly. The C/S model is adopted in software design. The system can be used in dynamic IP network environment, its size can be changed dynamically, so it has good elasticity and can be expanded easily.
