高校图书馆学科馆员的管理模式探析

摘　　要：通过分析具有代表性的几所高校图书馆在实行学科馆员制度中的管理模式,全面介绍集中式管理模式、分散式管理模式、挂靠式管理模式的优缺点及适用范围,并提出学科馆员机制建设中管理方面的症结及解决对策,为高校图书馆学科馆员制度的管理提供启示和借鉴。With an analysis of the management modes of several representative university libraries in establishing the subject librarian system, this article gives a description of the characteristics and applicable ranges of centralized management mode, decentralized management mode and affiliated management mode. It points out the problems in management aspect in establishing the subject librarian system, and puts forward some countermeasures for university libraries.
