摘　　要：目的:研究老年人经尿道手术的麻醉方法。方法:30例65岁以上老年病人经尿道手术选择应用腰硬联合麻醉。结果:麻醉起效快且完善,麻醉辅助用药少,麻醉平面易于控制,血压及血氧饱和度波动小,降低了硬膜外麻醉的失败率和阻滞不全的发生率。既能满足手术要求,又可保证老年病人安全。结论:掌握好操作方法,给予适宜的麻醉药用量,控制好麻醉平面。腰硬联合麻醉对经尿道手术的高龄、合并内科疾病的病人不失为好的麻醉方法选择。Objective To establish a kind of anesthetic method for operation through urethra in old people. Method The treatment of spinal anesthesia associating with epidural anesthesia was used in 30 cases patients beyond 65 years old who were undergone the surgery through urethra. Results The toothed is so rapid and nice in the decrease of assistant drugs for anesthesia and the easier control of bloodpressure and SaO2,so it can reduce the rate of epidural anesthesia and probability of incompleted retardance. It can not only satisfy the need of surgery, but also guarantee the safety of old people. Conclusion It is a good choice for the elder patients combined with internal medical disease if we master the operational method and the dosage and the plane of anesthesia.
