多声子对弱耦合体磁极化子性质的影响

摘  要:研究了磁场中多原子极性晶体中多声子相互作用对弱耦合体极化子基态能量和有效质量的影响.采用么正变换、线性组合算符和拉格朗日乘子法,计算了多声子相互作用对磁极化子基态能量和有效质量的附加贡献.结果表明,基态能量的附加贡献为电子-不同支LO声子-磁场间耦合的附加能量以及电子-不同支LO声子间耦合的附加能量之和,有效质量的附加贡献为电子-不同支LO声子间耦合的附加贡献.In this paper,effect of many phonons interaction on the ground state energy and the effective mass of weak-coupling bulk polaron for the polyatomic polar crystals in magnetic field were studied. The add contributions of many phonons interaction on the ground state energy and the effective mass of weak- coupling bulk magnetopolaron were calculated through a linear-combination operator and unitary transfor marion and by using Lagrange's multiplier. The results show that the add contributions of the ground state energy is equal to the add energy of the different branch LO phonons that each one has coupling with the electron and magnetic field,and the add energy of the different branch LO phonons that each one has only coupling with the electron,and the add contributions of the effective mass is only the add contributions of the different branch LO phonons that each one has coupling with the electron.
