摘　　要：目的:建立消癌平注射液中绿原酸含量测定的HPLC法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱条件:Diamonsil C18色谱柱(200mm×4.6mm,5μm);以乙腈-0.4%H3PO4溶液(13:87)为流动相;流速为1.0ml·min-1,用二极管阵列检测器检测,检测波长327nm,柱温30℃。结果:绿原酸在0.00944μg^0.08496μg内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9996);平均回收率为99.01%,RSD为1.21%(n=5)。结论:本方法快速、简便,结果准确、可靠,可用于消癌平注射液中绿原酸的含量测定。Objective： To establish the method for the determination of Chlorogenic acid in Xiaoaiping Injection. Methods： Chlorogenie acid was ehromatographed on Agilent H PLC with a C18 column（200mm ×4.6mm,5μm） and detected at 327nm. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.4% phosphate acid （13 ： 87）, the flow rate was 1.0ml·min^-1, the column temperature was 30℃. Results：The linear range of the method was 0.00944μg-0. 08496μg （r = 0.9999）, the average recovery was 99.01%, and RSD was 1.21% （n =5）. Conclusions：The method is simple,fast and accurate for the analysis of Chlorogenie acid.
