摘  要:目的探讨公务人员个性特征。方法采用卡特尔16种个性因素测量表对沈阳市220名公务人员进行问卷调查。结果公务人员在14项个性因素上与常模存在显著差异;公务人员个性因素在性别及年龄方面差异较小,尤其次级因素无显著差异;从事与WTO相关工作公务人员的一些个性因素尤其半数次级因素显著优于从事与WTO无关工作的公务人员。结论沈阳市公务人员总体个性特征优于常模,尤其从事与WTO相关工作的公务人员具有良好的个性特征。Objective To investigate the personality of civil servants after entering the WTO. Methods 220 civil servants received the investigation, the instruments included 16PF. Results The personality of civil servants were significantly different from normal on 14 factors; there were less difference about sex and age, those civil servants who do the job about WTO were significantly different from normal on some factors. Conclusion The whole personality of civil servants were better than mormal, especially those civil servants who do the job about WTO have better personality.
