摘 要:训练对象的不同,力量训练的方法与手段等存在明显差异.普通高校篮球运动员力量基础的薄弱性、力量训练的短期效益性,以及训练计划的频繁变更性等决定了其力量训练不能机械地照搬专业队的训练模式和田径运动员的训练方法.本文主要运用文献资料法,对普通高校篮球运动员力量训练的特点进行深入地分析,并在此基础上提出了力量训练必须遵循的六条原则和四种力量训练的方法,以供广大篮球教练员参考之用.The strength training methods are different with different objects. The training model for professional players and athletics players doesn't fit the basketball players of colleges and universities due to such factors as the poor strength of the latter, the short-term pursuit of strength training and the frequent alteration of the training plan. This paper, based on reading literature, analysed the characteristics of the strength training for basketball players of colleges and universities. After that, six strength training principles and four methods were put forward for the reference of basketball coaches.
