摘  要:目的提高气管切开病人的给氧效果、缩短气管套管的带管时间、减少医疗费用、提高病人的生存质量。方法采用由美国哈德森呼吸监护器材公司生产的带有延长管道和雾化面罩的成人微雾喷雾器代替鼻导管法于气管切开处雾化吸氧,比较两组在吸氧效果、拔管时间上的差异。结果采用成人微雾喷雾器雾化吸氧的效果明显优于鼻导管法吸氧,P<0.01,前者的拔管时间较后者提前48.68±10.63 h,P<0.05,具有显著的统计学意义。结论成人微雾喷雾器予气管切开处雾化吸氧能明显提高血气分析中的氧分压,并能有效缩短病人的带管时间,减少医疗费用,提高病人的生存质量。Objective To improve the effectiveness of oxygen inhalation, shorten the time of intubation, reduce medical cost and improve the life quality of patients with tracheotomy. Methods The micro mist nebulizer with elongated aerosol mask and tubing by Hudson Respiratory Care Inc (HRCI) was used without traditional nasal tube for oxygen inhalation during tracheotomy, and then the results of effective oxygen inhalation and the time of extubation were observed and compared respectively between the two groups, Results Micro mist nebulizer with elongated aerosol mask and tubing for oxygen inhalation has a pronounced advantage over traditional nasal tube with significant statistic significance (P〈0.01). The time of extubation advanced 48.68± 10.63h (about 2 days) in the former group, and there was a significant statistic significance between two groups (P〈0. 05). Conclusion The way with micro mist nebulizer and mask by HRCI can improve arterial oxygen partial pressure, shorten the time of intubation, reduce medical cost and improve the life quality of patients with tracheotomy.
