摘 要:目的 为提高抢救成功率,降低阿托品的副作用,减轻患者病痛,探讨有机磷中毒抢救中阿托品的最佳应用方式。方法 对2004年8月~2005年10月105例急性有机磷农药中毒患者抢救过程中阿托品给药方式及给药后达到阿托品化的时间、阿托品化的维持及引起阿托品中毒等方面进行回顾性分析,根据不同给药方式后三组患者临床表现出的多个因素进行单因素分析研究。结果 在阿托品化的时间、阿托品化的维持及阿托品中毒方面,静脉滴注和微量注射泵持续静脉推注给药方式差异无显著意义(P〉0.05),但与静脉间隔推注给药方式比较差异有显著意义(P〈0.05)。结论微量注射泵持续静脉推注具有阿托品化的时间短、容易维持和不易发生阿托品中毒等优点,该给药方式值得推广应用。Objective To study the ways of applying atropine to rescue patients with acute organophosphoi'us poisoning,to improve higher success rate, reduce side--effect and relieve patients' pain. Methods The different ways of atropine applying, such as interval injecting,dropping and minim continuous pump injecting to vein, were used to rescuing 105 patients from August, 2004 to October, 2005. The atropine's acting time, effective time and atropism were observed and analyzed. Result There is no significant difference in the ways of minim continuous pump injecting,dropping and injecting to vein, but there is significant difference between minim continuous pump injecting and interval injecting. Conclusion The ways of minim continuous pump injecting had the advantage of short time of atropism, easy keeping and minimum atropism. It's worth for popularization.
