摘 要:本文对辣椒花药培养得到的5个再生株群体后代的主要植物学性状进行了田间观察与分析,结果表明:再生株中具有与供体及其双亲所不具有的植株个体,但大多数性状差异不是很大;双亲差异越大的供体,其再生株个体性状分离程度越大,反之,则越小;以自交系作为供体的再生株后代在表型上几乎没有分离;再生株后代群体中,再生株的植物学性状部分趋向于供体,部分趋向于双亲之一,部分为新出现的性状。Major characters of the filial generations (DH-R2) of 5 regenerated populations derived from anther culture in Capsicum annuurn L were studied. The results indicated that compared with the donor and its parents, there were some new type plants produced in the filial populations (DH-R2) and the greater difference the parents had in their characters, the more new types would be produced in the (DH-R2) populations. When the donor was a pure line, characters of its regenerated plants were homologous, nearly without isolation. In the filial generations (DH-R2), some plants were close to the donor, some close to one parent in their characters and some showed new characters.
