摘  要:以当代“复杂性科学”的兴起提出的概念和形成的观点,分析了对流传热和沸腾过程中的非线性问题。以“耗散结构理论”与“自组织原理”阐释了对流传热与沸腾过程的自组织演化;还对湍流状态的对流传热,以“分形学”的观点阐释了一些典型的无量纲特征数组成的关联式中所包含的分数指数的意义和过程发展中的自相似特征。对沸腾中的q-ΔTnsat标绘中的分数幂值n,从沸腾传热的基本原理和自相似的概念阐释了其物理意涵。Based on the concepts established in the "complex science" aroused recently, the non-linear problems in convective heat transfer and boiling process were analyzed and discussed. Applying the "dissipative structure theory" and the "self-organization principle", the self-organization evolution of the convective heat transfer and boiling process was illustrated. By the concepts established in the "fractal theory", the physical significance of the empirical correlations obtained from the experimental results was analyzed and explained. In such a way, the complexity and non-linear problems in the convective heat transfer and boiling process were explored preliminary.
