试论国际组织的造法功能

摘　　要：20世纪以来国际组织发展迅速,日益成为国际舞台上的重要角色,在国际法的制定活动中的地位也显著加强,对国际秩序的建立和维护已起到举足轻重的作用。从国际关系理论与国际法的角度分析了国际组织造法的必然性和可行性,并结合国际组织造法的现实,对国际组织造法的未来趋势作出一定的预测。Since the 20th century,the international organizations have developed rapidly, and becomes the important role in the international scene day by day. They also remarkably strengthens the status in the international law -making, playing the pivotal role to the establishment and the maintenance of the international order. The article analyzes the inevitability and the feasibility of the international organization law- making from the international relational theory and the international law angle, and make the certain forecast to the tendency of the international organization law - making.
