摘　　要：[目的] 了解社区卫生服务中心医务人员烟草使用情况及相关态度。 [方法]对徐汇区社区卫生服务中心的医务人员进行吸烟相关情况的问卷调查。 [结果] 吸烟率为14．0％;多数调查对象对无烟医院持赞同态度;经常劝导病人戒烟的医务人员占58．3％,其中能做到根据病人实际吸烟情况进行针对性劝导的仅25．1％;对吸烟和被动吸烟重度有害健康的认识分别为71．2％和74．3％。 [结论] 徐汇区社区卫生服务中心医务人员的吸烟率较低,但对烟草相关知识及劝导病人戒烟的意识仍需加强。[ Objective] To know smoking prevalence among health workers in community health centers. [ Methods] Health workers of all community health centers in Xuhui District were investigated about smoking prevalence by questionnaire. [ Results] Smoking rate was 14.0%. Most health workers agreed with the establishment of non - smoking hospital. 58.3% of health workers often persuaded patients to quit smoking. But only 25.1% of them did these according to the actual smoking conditions. 71.2% and 74.3% health workers realized that smoking and passive smoking do great harm to health. [ Conclusion] Smoking rate of health workers in community health centers is comparatively low, but the knowledge and attitude to smoking control should be further strengthened.
