高校土木工程专业社会职能与人才培养的思考

摘　　要：随着建设管理体制改革的深入发展,高校土木工程专业在社会职能和人才培养模式方面都发生了深刻的变化。本文结合改革方向,就高校土木工程专业如何发挥社会职能,提出了几种可行的途径及具体实施方案,同时也对土木工程专业人才培养的模式提出了几点浅见。In pace with the development of structural reforms in the domain of construction, social function and personnel training mode in civil engineering department of colleges and universities are changed rapidly. In this article, we discuss how to give the civil engineering department＇s full play in social function. Several feasible way and scheme are put forward. And then, the mode of personnel training of civil engineering students are also discussed.
