摘 要:目。的:建立间接测定痕量硫离子的催化动力学光度分析的新方法。方法:在pH10.0的NH3·H2O-NH4Cl缓冲溶液介质中,利用硫离子对Cu(Ⅱ)催化过氧化氢氧化吖啶黄的阻抑作用,用催化动力学光度法间接测定痕量硫离子。结果:测定硫离子的线性范围为0.010—2.0μg/25ml,检出限为4.4×10^-9g/ml。对1.0μg/25ml进行10次平行测定的相对标准偏差为2.6%。结论:该法简单、灵敏度高、选择性好,可用于废水中痕量硫离子的测定。Objective:To establish a new catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric method for the indirect determination of trace amounts of sulfide. Methods:Sulfide was indirectly determined by catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric method which was based on the inhibition effect of sulfide on the cupper catalyzed oxidation of acridine yellow by hydrogen peroxide in NH3 · H2O -NH4Cl buffer medium at pH 10.0. Results:The linear range of determination was 0. 010 - 2.0 μg/25 ml. The detection limit was 4.4 × 10^-9 g/ml. The relative standard deviation was 2.6% (n = 10, 1.0 μg/25 ml, sulfide). Conclusion:The method is simple, highly sensitive and of good selectivity. The method has been applied successfully to the determination of sulfide in waste water.
