摘  要:对13个小白菜品种进行花药培养,结果表明:在B5+谷氨酰胺0.8g/L+蔗糖10%固体培养基上有11个诱导出小孢子胚。各品种间小孢子胚产量差别较大,每100枚花药产胚数(诱导率)在0.11%-17.62%之间。比较B5培养基中蔗糖、有机物浓度和谷氨酰胺配比结果表明,B5+2倍B5有机物+谷氨酰胺0.4g/L+蔗糖10%+琼脂0.8%效果较好,小孢子胚最高诱导率达103.91%。Anthers from 13 varieties of pak-choi were cultured in B5 medium with 10% sucrose and 0.8 g/L L-glutamine, microspore-derived embryoids and regenerants were obtained from 11 varieties. The yield of microspore-derived embryoids (No. of embryoids per 100 anthers )varied from 0. 11% to 17.62% among varieties. The effect of sucrose concentrations and additive organic matters in B5 medium on embryogenesis was investigated. The results showed that B5 medium with 10% sucrose and 0.4 g/L L-glutamine was ootimal, with the highest efficiency of induction of 103.91%.
