摘  要:目前国内棒材检测多为传统的手工超声检测,而且现有的大部分自动化超声检测系统难以适应棒材检测的要求。针对这种现状,提出了一个包括仿形、五自由度机械手、超声检测成像的一体化棒材自动检测系统。该系统可实现对棒材的精确检测,其工作过程为先对棒材进行仿形,产生符合检测要求的运动点位,然后用五自由度的机械手,控制探头做扫查运动,以螺旋扫查的方式进行检测。由于在扫查过程中,棒材在不停地转动,位置不固定,因而C图像很难获得,为此,本文设计了一种近似的C图像作为替代,然后用A+B+C的组合成像方式进行实时显示,向检测人员提供全方位的探伤信息。实验结果表明,该系统可以快速、准确地实现对棒材的自动检测,效果满意、可靠。Presently in China most domestic detection systems for rod work in traditional manual mode, and most of the auto-detection systems in use cannot meet the demands of rods. To solve this problem, an integrated automatic rods detection system is put forward, which consists of profiling, 5-DOF manipulator and ultrasonic imaging. The system can perform accurate detection of rods. The working process is as follows. the system first generates kinematics points for ultrasonic detection by making profile measurement on the rod to be detected, then probes are controlled by 5-DOF manipulator to perform detection, and de tection is carried out in spiral mode. Since rod to be detected is rotating in the process of detection, and position of the rod is not fixed, C-scan image cannot be obtained conveniently. An alternative method is discussed, in which an approximate C-Scan imaging is used, and the final imaging mode is A+B+C imaging. By displaying detection results in real time, it supplies thorough information about the rod. Experiment result shows that the system can perform automatic detection of rods quickly and accurately, and the detection results are reliable and satisfactory.
