从大型赛事中的人文关怀看人文奥运的实施

摘　　要：为实施北京人文奥运,应该注重对奥运会不同群体的人文关怀,阐述了人文关怀和人文奥运的内涵,指明在大型赛事中实施人文关怀的重要意义,并将奥运会不同群体划分为包含运动员、工作人员、媒体人员在内的直接参与者,包括北京市民、国内外游客、观众在内的间接参与者,以及包括残疾人、儿童老年人、不同宗教信仰者、不同语种人员在内的特殊群体三大部分,提出了针对不同群体开展人文关怀的有效措施。In order to implement the Human and Cultural Olympics of Beijing, it is essential to provide the humane and cultural care to different groups in relation to the Olympic Games. This paper explored the connotation of human and cultural care and the Human and Cultural Care and indicated that the significance of the Human and Cultural Care in large-scale games. In this study the different groups relating to the Olympic Games were divided into direct participants, including the athlete, staff member, and Media personnel; indirect participants, including Beijing citizen, domestic and international visitor and audience; special colony including handicapped, children and senior citizen, people with different religious, people with different languages. The effective measures that offer humane and cultural care to different groups were proposed.
