摘　　要：运用文献资料法、逻辑推理法等方法,对我国互联网域名纠纷的解决机制进行研究。论述了现行域名纠纷解决机制及调整大型体育赛事域名侵权纠纷存在的不足,并对加强大型体育赛事的域名保护提出了若干建议。Adopted the methods of documentary analysis, logic analysis and so on, this study conducted a research on the mechanism of settling disputes （MOSD） in the domain ownership on the intemet in sport competitions in China. This study explored the current mechanism of settling disputes （MOSD） and the existing problems in the implementation of the MOSD, which was adopted to solve the disputes on the domain ownership-violating cases in large-scale sport competitions in China. Several suggestions aiming to enhance the protection of domain ownership on the internet in sport competitions in China were propose.
