摘 要:增氧健身运动是以增强心肺循环功能和运动时自身呼出的氧气与吸入的氧气基本平衡为重要特征的一种人类活动和社会现象。它作为一种生活方式和人文文化,以追求身心健康为根本目标。本文以增氧健身运动概念的必要性,增氧健身运动与有氧运动和无氧运动的关系及差异,健康生活方式的生理生化原理,促进身心健康效能和价值,改善和促进身心健康生活方式的有效手段和方法,探索增氧健身运动对全民身心健康和适应社会环境等健康生活方式的形成和保持策略。提出了掌握增氧健身的科学原理和方法,是养成良好的健身习惯和形成健康生活方式的基础与保证,揭示了该运动属于社会中每一个人,也是在人的一生中,与其生理、心理和社会需要最贴近的体育锻炼健身目标,说明了一个人的体育健身价值观和他本人的健身目的和生活方式有很大的关系。Aerobic fitness exercise can be seen as a kind of human activity and social phenomena which aims to promote the bodily cardiopulmonary function and is characterized as the basic balance between the self output of oxygen and input of oxygen during the process of exercises. It can be regarded as a kind of life style and human culture aiming to keep healthy. This study draw on the necessary of the concept of aerobic fitness exercise, the relationship and differences of aerobic fitness exercise, sports with oxygen and sports without oxygen, the physiological and biological principles, the effects and values of promoting physical and mental health, the effective methods and measures of improving healthy life style. This study also explored how the aerobic fitness exercise enhances the forming and maintaining the healthy life style. It was proposed that the scientific principles and methods of grasping aerobic fitness exercise can be seen as the foundation and guarantee of developing healthy habits and forming healthy life style. This study indicated that the sports belong to each person in the society and the sports values of the people have close connection with their purpose of fitness and life style.
