摘 要:采用双注乳化工艺制备了AgCl微晶,用扫描电镜(SEM)和原子力显微镜(AFM)对其形貌进行了观察。运用“化学显微镜”法研究了四氮茚、巯基唑类和苯并三氮唑等系列稳定剂和防灰雾剂在AgCl微晶上的作用机理。结果表明,1-苯基-5-巯基四氮唑等巯基唑类化合物在AgCl微晶感光中心上有较强的吸附性,4-羟基-6-甲基-1,3,3,7α-四氮茚及其衍生物在感光中心上的吸附性相对较弱,苯并三氮唑和6-硝基苯并咪唑等在感光中心上不吸附。AgCl microcrystal was prepared by a double-jet technology, its morphology was also observed by the means of SEM and AFM. The machanisms of series of stabilizers and antifoggants, such as tetraazaindenes, mercaptoazoles and benzotriazoles on the AgCl microcrystal were investigated by the method of Chemical Microscopy. It was concluded that mercaptoazoles, such as 1-phenyl-5-mercaptotetrazole, were adsorbed strongly on the sensitization centers, 4- hydroxy-6-methyl-1,3,3α,7-teaaazaindene and its derivatives were adsorbed weakly, benzotriazole and 6-nitrobenzimidazole have no adsorption on the sensitization centers.
