摘 要:目的:在建立三带喙库蚊及致倦库蚊实验室种群的基础上,进一步对其进行养殖及生物学特性观察。方法:模拟自然环境,人工控制温湿度和光照,幼虫饲料为牛肝馒头粉,成蚊供血动物为小白鼠。结果:在室温24- 27℃,昼夜温差<2℃,相对湿度70%-80%及人工光照12-14小时的条件下。于2003年8月至2005年12月三带喙库蚊稳定繁殖了42个世代;2003年9月至2005年5月致倦库蚊稳定繁殖了30个世代。结论:稳定繁殖三带喙库蚊及致倦库蚊成功的经验主要在于人工模拟自然环境,以提高成活率、交配率和吸血率。Objective; After set up a superior laboratory strains of Culex tritaeriorhynchus and Culex pipiens quinquefascitatus, we attempt to know the biological character of Culex tritaeriorhynchus and Culex pipiens quinquefaseitatus. Methods: Adjusting the room temperature, humidity and lighting that simulate environment. Larvae were reared using powder of ox liver and steamed bum(1:1) and adults were fed by blood of mouse. Results: Under the conditions of temperature between 24℃ and 27℃ (less than 2℃ difference for daytime and night), the relative humidity was from 70% to 80%. 42 generations of Culex tritaeriorhymehus had been propagated successfully from August 2003 to December 2005. 30 generations of Culex pipiens quinquefaseitatus had been propagated successfully from September 2003 to May 2005. Conclusion: It is the key of experience that producing artificial environment, conduces to improving the survival rate,the mating rate and the mouseblood-sucking rate.
