摘　　要：采用数控电靠模代替机械靠模加工火炮身管膛线,火炮身管膛线的加工数据采用离线方式处理,机械靠模满足膛线缠角方程,以保证要相应Z轴直线位移情况下,C轴应该旋转的角度,并根据变化步长,指导靠模的生成,电靠模为动态加工数据,采用编译加解释方法完成数据处理,其步骤含情况分析、数据预处理及自动加工等。The CNC electron virtual model was adopted to replace machine virtual model in order to manufacture the artillery rifle. The processing data of artillery rifle was dealt with in off-line way. Machine virtual model was content with the equation so as to ensure the linkage relationship between axis-Z and axis-C and supervise to manufacture the virtual models according to the steps of rifle. The electron virtual is dynamic processing data using compiling and interpreting to process the data, which includes instance analysis, data preprocess, auto-run and so on
