摘　　要：底螺分解机控制系统以PLC为核心,IPC为上位机,检测由接近开关、旋转编码器、压力传感器、磁尺等实现。IPC程序设计包括现场监视画面、PLC远程控制、液压系统压力及有关旋卸信息显示。IPC与PLC的通讯采用RS-232C接口。通讯控件MSComm实现底螺分解机控制。PLC is used as control core, and IPC is used as upper PC in control system for base adapter dismantlement machine. Test was realized with proximity switch, rotary encoder, pressure sensor and magnetic scale etc. IPC programmer includes field monitoring menu, PLC remote control, pressure of hydraulic system and information display of relational rotary unloading. RS-232C interface was adopted in communication between IPC and PLC. Base adapter dismantlement machine was controlled by control-ware MSComm.
