摘 要:采用溴化十六烷基三甲铵对天然膨润土进行了有机化改性处理,并在动态和静态条件下,进行了有机膨润土对焦化含酚废水的吸附实验。研究了CTMAB的浓度、有机膨润土用量、废水的pH值及废水流速等因素对酚去除率的影响,确定了有机膨润土处理焦化含酚废水的适宜条件。结果表明,在室温、pH值为4.0及废水流速10mL/min ̄12mL/min的条件下,焦化含酚废水经有机膨润土和活性炭两次吸附处理后,酚、COD、油、SS及色度的去除率分别可达到99.7%、99.5%、100%、100%、99.8%,且处理后的水质基本达到了国家排放标准。The crude bentonite had been undergone organic treatment with hexadecyltri-methylammonium bromide, and adsorption test for toxic phenols wastewater from a coking plant was carried out using organobentonite under dynamic and static conditions. The effect of removal rate of toxic phenols, such as CTMAB concentration, organobentonite consumption, pH value and flow velocity of the waste water, etc. were studied. The proper conditions of treatment of wastewater with toxic phenols by organobentonite were fixed. The results show that when the wastewater with toxic phenols from a coking plant is absorbed twice by organobentonite and activated carbon at room temperature, with 4.0 pH value and waste water flow velocity under 10 mL/min-12 mL/min, the removing rate of phenols, COD, oil, SS and color is 99.7%, 99.5%, 100%, 100% and 99.8%, respectively, and the treated water sample can reach national discharge standard
