管线钢环缝对接预热温度计算的探讨

摘　　要：以X60钢为例,通过碳当量和冷裂纹敏感指数的计算,确定了管线钢的预热温度,并与斜Y坡口焊接裂纹试验的结果进行了比较,经过分析推荐了适用于管线钢的预热温度计算公式。It takes X60's steel as the instance,preheating temperature of pipeline steel has been got by carbon equivalent and cooling cracks the susceptible index number calculation.It analyzed and compared result of method of Y-groove cracking test,nominated preheats temperature calculation formula to the pipeline steel.
