摘　　要：重点介绍了将CAD/CAM/CAE技术应用于冷弯成型行业,解决轿车门窗、农用车车厢板、彩板及不锈钢门窗、异型管成型、宽幅压型板等关键生产技术问题,以及应用FEA技术实现了复杂截面的仿真成型、预冲孔畸变的控制、超高强度钢的成型、高精度复杂型面成型辊的制造技术。为企业开发新产品,采用新技术、新工艺,提供了技术支持和服务。The purpose of this paper is to present the application and development of CAD/CAE/CAM techniques for roll-forming in North China University of Technology during the recent years.Having gotten the benefits of close cooperation with Germany data M company,Japan takushoku university,Korea institute of industrial technology and many Chinese companies,we have made many achievements.Using CAD techniques,we designed different sections from asymmetrical profile to wide channel.Using CAE techniques,we simulated the processing for some special sections.Using CAM techniques,we developed the simulation software for CNC lathe and CNC grinding.We helped many companies to solve their problems by the CAD/CAE/CAM system and developed many new roll-forming products very successful.
