摘  要:阐述了双作用叶片式二次元件的结构和工作原理,分析了其变量机理和节能特点,着重研究了双作用叶片式二次元件的转速转矩特性、流量特性和效率特性,探讨了该元件的应用领域。研究结果表明,叶片式二次元件具有较好的转矩和转速可控性,为减小液压系统的振动、噪声和流量脉动,应采用奇数叶片,双作用叶片式二次元件适合中高压力系统工作,可实现能量的回收与再利用。The working principles and structure of double--action vane secondary component were presented, and the mechanism of variable displacement and characteristics of energy saving were also analyzed. The rotate speed & torque performance or flux performance or efficiency performance of the secondary component were studied, then its application fields were discussed. It has come to an conclusion that the vane secondary component has preferable rotate speed & torque control performance. In order to reduce the hydraulic system's vibration, noise, and flux pulse, the vane numbers of double-action vane secondary component should be odd number. The double action vane secondary component adapts to middle-high pressure system, and can recycle the system's energy.
