摘　　要：在简要介绍现场总线技术及现场总线控制系统结构和优点的基础上,着重分析了PROFIBUS现场总线,并据此阐述了现场总线技术在大型液压泵站中的应用及系统的通信实现。最后使用组态软件W inCC开发了在线监控程序。实践证明:将现场总线引入泵站控制系统,不仅使安装、调试、维护更加容易,而且提高了系统的可靠性。Field bus technology and the structure of field bus control system were introduced, the characteristic of profibus was described. The application of field bus in the large - scale hydraulic pumping station was introduced. The on - line monitoring program was developed based on WinCC. Practice result shows that the application of profibus filed bus makes it more easier for the installation, debugging and maintenance of the control system of pumping station, and improves the reliability of the system.
