摘　　要：论述了PDM和ERP信息集成的必要性,分析了PDM和ERP集成的信息内容,探讨了CAD/CAPP/CAM、PDM和ERP之间的集成关系,结合国内外C IMS信息集成研究的最新成果和制造业的现状,依据C IM原理,构造了基于集成数据模型的PDM和ERP系统集成框架,给出了构造集成框架的关键步骤并分析了其实现方法。为企业PDM和ERP的集成提供了可借鉴的模式。The necessity of information integration between product data management （PDM） and enterprise resource planning （ERP） was discussed, the information contents of integration between PDM and ERP was analyzed, the integration among CAD/CAPP/CAM, PDM and ERP was discussed. Combining With the newest research results in CIMS integration and practical situation of enterprises, according to the principle of computer integrated manufacturing （CIM）, an integration frame of PDM and ERP was proposed based on the integrated data model, and the key steps of integration frame and its realization way were analyzed. The research provides a referential mode for the integration between PDM and ERP of enterprises.
