济南市部分10～13岁儿童唾液性激素水平与智力、人格的相关研究

摘　　要：[目的]研究儿童唾液性激素水平及其与智力、人格的关系。[方法]2003年，随机抽取济南市城区和郊区10～13岁儿童287人，进行瑞文标准推理测验（RSPM）儿童14种人格因素问卷（CPQ）的测试，检测唾液性激素。[结果]男生唾液睾酮（T）值，城区（71人）为（2．26±1．22）μg／ml，郊区（77人）为（2．55±1．23）pg／m;（P〉0．05）；女生唾液雌二醇（E2）值，城区（67人）为（2．65±0．93）pg／ml，郊区（72人）为（2．45±0．58）pg／ml（P〉0．05）。287名儿童的智力缺陷检出率为3．83％；智力水平高等、良好、缺陷者所占比例，城区分别为12．41％、34．31％、2．19％，郊区分别为5．33％、30．67％、5．33％（P〈0．01）；A项和B项得分城区儿童高于郊区儿童（P〈0．01）。人格测定287名儿童，乐群性、有恒性、忧虑性得分城区儿童高于郊区儿童（P〈0．01或〈0．05），敢为性、充沛性、世故性得分城区儿童低于郊区儿童（P〈0．05）。男生、女生唾液性激素值均与智力测试中的A项呈正相关（r=0．201、0．218，P〈0．05），男生唾液T值还与C项、智力等级呈正相关（r=0．362、0．225，P〈0．01或〈0．05）。男生唾液T值与聪慧性、恃强性呈正相关（r=0．283、0．203，P〈0．01或0．05），与紧张性、自律性呈负相关（r=-0．230、0．244，P〈0．05）；女生唾液E2值与乐群性、恃强性呈正相关（r=0．205、0．217，P〈0．05），与兴奋性、敢为性呈负相关（r=-0．210、-0．248，P〈0.05）。[结论]性激素对儿童智力、人格等心理行为产生显著影响，其影响机制有待进一步探讨。[Objective] To investigate the level of the saliva sex hormone and the relation with intellect,personallty of children. [Methods]In 2003,choose a cluster random sampling of 287 children ranging from 10 to 13 years old in the Jinan city zone and suburb to carry out RSPM,CPQ and to measure of the saliva sex hormone specimen. [Results]Boy pupils＇ saliva （T） value was （2. 26±1.22）pg/ml in city zone（71 boys） and （2.55±1.23）pg/ml in suburb （77 boys）（ P〉 0.05）, girl pupils saliva（E2） value was（2.65±0.93）pg/ml in city zone（67 glrls）and （2. 45±0. 58）pg/ml in suburb （72 girls） （ P 〉0. 05）. Amentia screen ratio is 3. 83 % of 287 children;hlgh intellect level, well intellect level and amentia account for 12. 41% ,34, 31% .2.19% in city zone and 5.33% ,30. 67% .5.33% in suburb（ P 〈0. 01）. The scores of A item and B item in RSPM of children from city zone are higher than ones from suburb（ P 〈0. 01）. Of 287 children,the scores of their liking affiliating with group,act stably, worries are higher than ones from suburb（ P 〈0. 01, 〈0. 05）, but The scores of their venture,energetic and world are lower than ones from suburb（ P 〈0. 05）. There is positive correlation between boy pupils＇saliva （T） value and the scores of A item in RSPM,girl pupils saliva（E2） value and the scores of A item in RSPM （ r =0. 201,0. 218, P 〈0.05）. There is positive correlation between boy pupils＇ saliva （T）value and the scores of C item in RSPM,intellect rank（ r =0. 362, P 〈0. 01 ; r =0. 225, P 〈0. 05）. There is positive correlation between boy pupils＇sallva（T） value and sagacity, seeking to do others down（ r ： 0. 283, P 〈0. 01; r = 0. 203, P 〈0. 05）, while negative correlation between it and tension and self-dlscipllne（ r =-0. 230,-0. 244, P 〈0.05）.
