2005年胶州市城区部分己婚育龄妇女领悟社会支持状况调查

摘　　要：[目的]了解胶州市已婚育龄妇女获得的社会支持状况及其影响因素。[方法]2005年3～6月，应用领悟社会支持调查量表（PSSS）对胶州市城区549名已婚育龄妇女进行调查。[结果]调查对象获得的家庭内源性支持为（22．25±3．78）分，家庭外源性支持为（41．30±6．97）分，社会支持总分为（63．55±9．99）分；不同年龄、职业、文化程度、婚姻状况者获得社会支持的差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；家庭经济收入高者获得的家庭外和社会支持总分高于收入低者，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），对生活感觉满意者获得的3种社会支持均较高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；家庭内支持得分与生活满意程度、婚姻满意程度呈正相关关系，家庭外支持得分和社会支持总分均与文化程度、家庭经济收人、生活满意程度、婚姻满意程度呈正相关关系。[结论]家庭经济收人水平高、文化程度高、对生活的主观满意、对婚姻状况满意的已婚育龄妇女获得的社会支持较多。[Objective]To study the social support of married women at child-bearing age and it＇s correlated factors. [Methods]550 married women at child-bearing age were investigated through Perceived Social Support Scale （PSSS） in Jiaozhou city in 2005. [Results] The endogenous family support that married women at child-bearing age is （22.25±3.78） ;the exogenous family support is （41.30±6.97） ;The total score of social support is （63. 55±9.99）. There is no significant difference of social support in different ages, occupation, education and marriage （ P〉0.05）. There is difference of exogenous family support between different incoming levels（ P 〈0.01）. Social support of married women was remarkably correlated to their incoming, education degree of satisfaction in life and degree of satisfaction with marriage（ P 〈0. 05 or P 〈0.01 ）. [Conclusion]Child-bearing age women with high-level incoming, high-level education, satisfaction in life subjectively or satisfaction in marriage state get relatively more social support.
