血清天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶测定在精神科的临床应用价值探讨

摘　　要：[目的]探讨天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）测定在精神科的临床应用价值。[方法]对2004年4～7月住院精神病人的ALT、AST、心电图（EKG）进行检测分析。[结果]检测322例住院精神病人，治疗期间血清AST的异常率为40．68％，丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）的异常率为13．35％，EKG的异常率为23．6％。AST异常率，不同疗程之间的差异有统计学意义；使用传统的抗精神病药物者为61．65％，使用新一代抗精神病药者为25．93％；联合用药者为48．97％，单独用药者为28．13％。[结论]AST测定可早期反映心肌受损的程度，可以作为判断精神科药物毒性对心脏．功能影响的敏感指标。[Objective]To study clinical value of serum aspartate aminortransfer ase （AST） measure in psychiatric department. [Methods]ALT,AST,EKG of psychiatric inpatients between Apr. and Jul. in 2004 were analyzed. [Results] In 322 cases of psychiatric inpatients who were in therapy, the abnormality rate of serum AST was 40. 68%,the abnormality rate of ALT was 13.35%,the abnormality rate of EKG was 23.6%. There were significantly abnormality rate of serum AST among different courses of treatment. There were 61.65% of patients taking the traditional antipsychosis drugs and 25. 93% of patients taking new generation; there were48. 97%of patients taking combination drugs and 25.93 %of pa tients taking single drugs. [Conclusion]The measurement of AST can early reflect the degree of cardiac muscle damage. It can be used as insensitive judgment sign in the medicine toxicity to cardiac functional effect.
