厦门市1997～2005年肺结核病人型别分布分析

摘　　要：[目的]分析厦门市肺结核病人型别分布特征，为制定和实施结核病控制规划提供依据。[方法]对厦门市结核病防治所1997-2005年接诊的因症求诊、转诊的肺结核病人资料进行分析。[结果]6464例肺结核病人中，Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ型分别为20例、14例、6240例、190例。Ⅲ型病人占96．53％。男性与女性病人分别为4072例（63．00％）、2392例（37．00％）。2岁～、16岁～、26岁～、36～岁、46岁～、56岁～、66～84岁病人分别为：47例（0．73％）、1670例（25．84％）、2275例（35．19％）、924例（14．29％）、627例（9．70％）、450例（6．96％）、471例（7．29％）；农民、工人、其他职业病人分别为3783例（58．52％）、951例（14．71％）、1730例（26．76％）；流动人口与常住人口病人分别为5316例（82．24％）、1148例（17．76％）。[结论]总病人、年龄、性别、职业、流动与常住人口的肺结核型别分布，均以Ⅲ型为主，占96％以上，且差异均无统计学意义。[Objective] To analyze the characteristics of type distribution of pulmonary tuberculosis（PTB） in Xiamen and lay a basis for formulating and fulfilling its planned control programs.[Methods]Medical Records of all diagnosed PTB outpatients from Xiamen Anti-tuberculosis Research Institute from 1997 to 2005 were analyzed. [Resuits]6 464 cases were included. The numbers of cases of type Ⅰ , Ⅱ ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were 20,14,6 240 and 190 respectively. Cases of type Ⅲ accounted for 96. 53%. Cases of male and female were 4072 （63.00%） and 2 392（37. 00%） respectively. Cases in age groups of 2-,16-,26-,36-,46-,56-,66-84 were 47 （0.73%）, 1 670 （25. 84%）,2 275 （35.19%）, 924（ 14.29%）,627（9. 70%）,450 （6. 96%） and 471（7. 29%） respectively. 3 783 cases （58. 52%） were farmers. 951 cases（14. 71%） were workers. 1 730 cases （26. 76%） were from other careers. Cases of migrants and natives were 5 316（82. 24%） and 1 148 （17. 76%） respectively. [Condusion]It showed no significant differences of type distribution in all cases,different age-groups, sexes,careers and between migrants and natives. Most cases were of type Ⅲ, which accounted for more than 95%.
