摘　　要：目的评价咪唑斯汀(皿治林)治疗皮炎、湿疹的疗效和安全性。方法120例皮炎、湿疹患者给予咪唑斯汀10 mg.d-1,并外用派瑞松,2次/d,持续14天。结果痊愈72例(59%),显效32例(27%),好转8例(7%),无效8例(7%),总有效率93%,未发现严重不良反应。结论咪唑斯汀治疗皮炎湿疹类皮肤病是有效和安全的。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safcty of mizolastine in the treatment of dermatitis and eczema. 120 cases of dermatitis or eczema were treated with mizolastine 10 mg qd plus pevisone bid for 14 days. Results 72 cases were cured; the overall effective rote was up to 93%. No seiious adverse events were noticed in the series. Conclusion Mizolastine is safe for patients with dermatitis and eczema.
