摘 要:BZ25-1油田一期开发作业中使用小阳离子海水聚合物和聚合物/聚合醇钻井液体系出现了泥岩水化膨胀严重、起下钻困难、倒划眼困难等问题,对该地区钻井时效产生了较大影响。针对BZ25-1油田地层特点,在室内实验的基础上,在油田二期钻井作业中使用了基于“软抑制”钻井液模型构架的PEC有机正电胶钻井液体系。现场应用结果表明,PEC有机正电胶钻井液体系具有独特的流变性和较强的携带岩屑能力,基本满足了BZ25-1油田优快钻井工程要求,有效地推动了该地区钻井时效的提高和钻井综合成本的降低。The cationic seawater polymer drilling fluid and the glycol polymer drilling fluid systems used in phase I development drilling of BZ 25-1 oilfield led to the serious shale clay swelling and induced the difficulties in short trip and back-reaming, thus reducing the drilling efficiency a lot in the oilfield. Based on the research of the formation features of the oilfield and some lab experiments, the PEC drilling fluid system was designed with the "soft inhibition" configuration and applied in the phase Ⅱ drilling operation of BZ 25-1 oilfield. The field application has been shown that the PEC drilling fluid system has unique rheological property and enough carrying capability. The system has satisfied the requirements for quick drilling engineering in BZ 25-1 oilfield, thereby improving the drilling efficiency and saving the drilling cost.
