摘  要:目的探讨红景天预防高原去势大鼠骨质疏松症的作用。方法在海拔3100m高原建立去势大鼠骨质疏松模型,分为A组正常组(假手术组),B组模型组(去除卵巢组),C组阳性组(去除卵巢+尼尔雌醇组),D组红景天组(去除卵巢+红景天混合饲料组)。术后3个月,测血清IL-6、TNF-α和尿DPD含量指标,观察骨组织切片变化,观察红景天对高原去势大鼠骨质疏松的预防作用。结果A组、C组和D组IL-6、TNF-α和尿DPD含量均显著低于B组。A组、C组和D组被测3项内容之间比较,差异无显著性。骨组织切片显示:B组骨小梁变细,变稀,并见断裂现象。C、D组组织结构基本与正常组一样,骨小梁分布均匀,结构粗细一致。结论红景天能有效降低高原去势大鼠血清IL-6、TNF-α含量和尿DPD排泄浓度,提高骨密度,具有抗高原组织缺氧抑制骨吸收和促进骨形成的作用。Objective To discuss the effect of CO-RADIOD (RACC) on the prevention of osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats in high altitude area. Methods The models of ovariectomized rats were made at high altitude, which were divided into group A(Sham operation group), group B (ovariectomized group), group C (ovariectomized + nilestriol) and group D(ovariectomized + mixed feed of RACC) .The concentration of IL-6,TNF-α and urine DPD in the serum were measured and changes of bone tissue section were observed. Results The concentration of IL-6, TNF-α and urine DPD in group A, C and D were significantly lower than that in group B. Conclusions CO- RADIOD(RACC) could decrease the concentration of IL-6 ,TNF-α and urine DPD and improve the density of bone tissue, and inhibit bone absorption and improve bone forming.
