摘　　要：介绍了山东省地税信息化的现状、存在的问题和数据大集中的趋势,以及J2EE在企业级信息系统的应用现状。通过对J2EE三层架构的优点的讨论,论证了山东省地税发票系统采用J2EE架构的必然性。文中还阐述了系统的物理架构和发票综合管理系统(实际是税务行业一体化的解决方案的框架)中的四个子系统,其中详细说明了发票管理子系统的各模块的功能,以及它采用的主要的J2EE技术。At first, the current situation, problems and development of Shandong province local taxation bureau information engineering and the application of enterprise information system based on J2EE structure are introduced. As a result, it＇s necessary for the invoice management subsystem designed by J2EE structure. Second, the physical structure of invoice integration management system, which is a whole solution for taxation industry, is also set forth. There are four subsystem in this system. The invoice managed subsystem and its modules are explained and primary J2EE technology are particularly introduced.
