摘　　要：通过对出口异型管试制工艺的研究和对影响产品质量各方面问题的分析,提出了模具设计和拉伸矫直量的控制是影响型管质量的决定性因数,并成功地开发了这一产品。This paper analyzed trial process for special shaped tube exported to Finland and all kinds of problems affected quality of product, presented that decisive factors affected on quality of shaped tube were die design and controlling of tension levelling and this kind of product was developed successfully.
