摘　　要：高校扩招后,大学新生所面临的情况日趋复杂,新生班主任如何才能有效地开展新生的学生工作呢?文章对大学生的现状进行分析比较,并对高校新生班主任的工作思路进行初探。After high school expands to recruit, circumstances does freshmen＇ s master availably work for freshmen＇ s student that freshmen face are gradually complicated, how work？ This text analyses and compares the present condition of the old or new university students, and preliminarily studies the ways of doing student work well for freshmen ＇ s master.
