摘　　要：和谐的师生关系是构建和谐校园的必须要求。和谐的师生关系有其本身特有的内涵,受多方面因素的影响。教师须转变传统的教学观念,以学生为本,树立为学生服务的意识,做到德才兼备,严格要求,悉心教育, 才能建立和谐的师生关系。Harmonious teacher-student relationship must be required in structuring the harmonious campus. The harmonious teacher-student relationship has its＇ peculiar connotations, and is affected by factors in many aspects. The teacher needs to change the traditional teaching idea, and must be based on student, establish the consciousness of serving student, have both ability and morality, require strictly, concentrate his attention on education. Then he can establish the harmonious teacher-student relationship .
