摘 要:报道了两种无固相钻完井液的研发和应用.以甲酸盐作加重荆的无固相钻井液,最高密度达1.90 g/cm3,以岩屑回收率和防粘土膨胀率表示的抑制性高于油田使用的聚合物钻井液和有机硅钻井液,被30%钻屑粉污染后性能变化较小,用80 g/L的钠钙镁盐水和淡水配制的钻井液性能无差别;用该钻井液在井深3620m、井温120℃的边缘评价井(欢633井)不稳定储层钻进,钻速比邻井提高30%;用该钻井液在锦150块井深分别为1874 m和1836 m的两口井储层钻进顺利,实现了不压裂投产,产量比对比井提高30%以上.专为勘探井马古3井研发的高温交联无固相钻井液,密度1.01~1.02 g/cm3,抑制性和耐温性与上述甲酸盐钻井液相同而耐固相污染能力尚可,其中的提粘剂与交联剂在井底温度(120~150℃)反应后,携岩能力提高,耐热性高达150℃;使用该钻井液并借助无渗透油层保护技术,在马古3井实现了欠平衡(负压)钻井,钻井液性能稳定,钻进顺利,该井试油时日产油41m3.这两种无固相钻完井液体系与充气、泡沫、油包水和水包油、两性聚合物、甲基葡糖苷等技术结合而实现了系列化.表3参2.The researches and uses of two solids-free water base drill-in fluids are presented. For solids-free systems weighted by formic acid salts, the highest density is of 1.90 g/cm^3, the hydration inhibition capacity as measured in cuttings recovery and clay swelling tests is higher than that of commonly used polymer and silicone systems; contamination with 30% powdered cuttings causes only a little change in their behaivior and their performance properties are quite similar when prepared in a 80 g/L brine or in a fresh water. In a peripharal evaluation well, Huan-633, of depth 3620 m and botton temperature 12012, this formate fluid (FF) is used in drilling ininstable reservoir formations (RFs) and the drilling rate is by 30% larger than that at a neighbor well; with the FF used successfully in the RFs, two wells at block Jing-150 of depth 1874 and 1836 m, respectively, are drilled, completed, put into production direchy, without hydrofracturing, and give oil output by 〉 30% larger than the neighbor wells. The solids-free high temperature erosslinking fluid (HTCLF) is developed specially for drilling exploration well MD-3, has density 1.01ml-02 g/cm^3, inhibitory capability and heat resistance similar to that of the FF and fairly good anti-contamination capacity by solid phases; its cuttings carrying ability is improved and heat resistance is raised up to 15012 after the viscosifying agent and the crosslinker having reacted at bottom temperatures 120--150℃. Using this FtTCLF and a non-invasive additive, the drilling-in job in well MD-3 is performed under conditions of underballance smoothly with the fluid behavior being kept stable and in the well test for oil a daily output of 41 m^3 is measured. The two solids-free fluids are serialized when combined with aeration, foaming, W/O or O/W emulsification, and treating with amphoteric polymers, methylglucoside, etc.
