摘  要:针对吉林油田低温(≤25℃)含油污水研制了低温净水剂XL-01.使多元脂肪醇与环氧氯丙烷在催化剂存在下生成氯代聚醚,再与二甲胺反应生成含季铵盐侧基的阳离子聚醚,即净水剂XL-01.讨论了合成反应,用红外光谱确证了合成产物结构.实验污水样取自吉林采油三厂,矿化度3106 mg/L,悬浮物105.2 mg/L,含油942.2 mg/L;含油量用石油醚萃取液吸光度法(430 nm)测定.在25℃下含油量与XL-01用量关系曲线通过最低点,最低值范围宽,最佳加量为60 mg/L;沉降时间2 h时的含油量已能满足气浮处理要求;在20~30℃之间水温降低则XL-01除油效果变差.在温度25℃、沉降2 h、加药量60 mg/L条件下,与多种常用原油破乳剂、絮凝荆、净水剂相比,XL-01处理后污水含油量最低(82.65 mg/L).图4表2参8.A water cleaner, XL-01 for treating low lernperature (≤25℃) produced water in Jilin oil fields is prepared and evaluated in laboratory for performance properties. XL-01 is a polyether with side ammonium salt groups and is synthesized by reacting an aliphatic polyol with epichloronydrin catalytically and quaternizing the chloropolyether obtained with dimethylamine. The reaction of synthesis are discussed and the chemical structure of this product is identified IR-spectrometrically. The produced water sample is taken at the 3rd Jilin oil production factory and characterized by TSD = 3106 mg/L, suspended solids 105.2 mg/L, and oil content 942.2 mg/L and the later is determined by photospectrometry of petroleum ether extract at 430 nm. The oil content (OC) in the water treated vz the XL-01 dosage at 25℃ goes through a minimum in a wide valley, giving an optimul dosage of 60 mg/L; 2 hrs of sedimentation are enough for the OC wdue to meet the requirement for further air flotation treatznent; the deoiling efficiency of XL-01 becomes worse with temperature decreasing from 30℃ to 20℃. In a set of water treating experiments with commonly used crude oil demulsifiers, floculants, and water cleaners at dosage 60mg/L, the OC value at 25℃ in 2 hrs sedimentation is the lowest, 82.65 mg/L, with XL-01 used.
