摘 要:河南油田为了提高聚合物驱油效果,采取了一系列技术措施.根据HPAM的M、分子线团回旋半径、储层渗透率、孔喉半径之间的关系及温度高于60℃时HPAM水解度增大的情况,在低温(50~60℃)高渗油藏如下三门油田使用M=1.9×107、水解度在25%~28%的HPAM;在高温(60~80℃)中渗油藏如双河油田使用M=1.5×107,水解度在15%~22%的HPAM;HPAM溶液用除氧清水或污水配制并在密闭条件下输送、注入.从1996年开始至今,已在10个区块实施聚合物驱,这10个区块产油量已占河南油田稀油产量的26.5%.报道了10个区块聚合物驱的基本参数.此外,还考察了耐热抗盐的丙烯酰胺共聚物PSR-6和PSR-8.用TSD=5 g/L的污水配制的HPAM(200、400 mg/L)/醛+多羟基化合物(150 mg/L)微凝胶,在75~105℃连续老化180天后,粘度(30℃、7.34s-1)保持在38.6~168 mPa·s,已在3个区块用于驱油,驱油效果优于HPAM.图1表4参17.Lots of technical measures have been taken to improve the efficiency of polymer flood projects in Henan oil fields. Using the relationship between gyration radius of polymer coil, M of polymer HPAM, throat radius and permeability of reservoir core and taking into consideration that hydrolysis degree (HD) of HPAM increases at 〉 60℃, HPAM of M = 1.9 × 10^7 and HD 25--28 % are chosen for the reservoirs of lower temperatures (50-60℃) and higher permeability such as Xiasanmen, HPAM of M = 1.5 × 10^7 and HD 15-22 %-for the reservoirs of higher temperature (60-80℃) and intermediate permeabitily such as Shuanghe; the polymer flooding solution is prepared in fresh or recycled produced water with O2 scavenged and transported and injected under hermetic conditions. Polymer flood projects have been performed in 10 areas since 1996 and at present there polymer flooded reservoirs produce 26.5 % of non-heavy crude oil in Henan. The basic parameters of polymer flood in 10 areas are presented in a table. Besides, temperature resistant and salt tolerent acrylamide copolymers PSR-6 and PSR-8 are investigated as EOR polymers. HPAM (200 and 400 mg/L)/aldehyde+ polyhydroxyl compound (150 mg/L) microgelling systems, prepared in a produced water of TSD = 5 g/L, maintain viscosity (at 30'0 and 7.34 s^-1) in range 38.6-168 mPa·s after continuously aging at 75-105℃ over 180 days and are used in 3 areas for reservoir flooding with higher enhancement in oil recovery than that in the polymer flooded areas.
