摘  要:孤岛西区实施三元复合驱后,注采系统出现较重的碳酸钙结垢.胜利ASP三元复合驱替液含碱(碳酸钠)1.0%~1.5%,配制驱替液用水为回注污水,矿化度6188 mg/L,含Ca2++Mg2+78 mg/L,用Odd-Tomson法计算,地层条件下CaCO3饱和指数Is>0,有CaCO3结垢趋势,PTB值为210,表明CaCO3生成量较多且质硬.筛选出的4种多聚膦酸盐类防垢剂,70℃时高加剂量下(100 mg/L,DZ-4和He-7;200 mg/L,HE-8和P-10)的防垢率,在模拟污水中为100%,在现场污水中分别为95.4%,58.7%,86.5%和84.0%.以DZ-4为主剂进行二元复配,得到70℃时在用现场污水配制的三元复合驱替液中防垢率超过85%的2个低加剂量配方:DZ-4+HE-7(20+100 mg/L),DZ-4+P-10(20+50 mg/L).在三元复合驱替液中加入防垢剂单剂,加剂量50 mg/L时对动态界面张力的影响不大:加剂量50、100 mg/L时对粘度影响也不大.图1表5参2.Severe scaling problems are encountered in the injection and the production systems in west district of Gudao, shengli, after an ASP combinational flood project having been started. The ASP flooding solution (FS) contains 1.0-1.5% Na2CO3 as alkaline component and is prepared in a recycled produced water (RPW) for reservoir flooding. For this RPW of TSD = 6188 mg/L and Ca^2+ + Mg^2+ content 78 mg/ L, the CaCO3 saturation index, Is, calculated by Oddo-Tomson method under the reservoir conditions is of 〉0, demonstrating a definite tendency to CaCO3 scaling, and the PTB value calculated is of 210, demonstrating massive creation of rigid CaCO3 scale. Through sieving experiments four polyphosphinate inhibitors are selected and with these inhibitors at 70℃ and high dosage (100 mg/L for DZ-4 and HE-7 and 200 mg/L for HE-8 and P-10) 100% scale inhibition is observed in the simulation RPW and lower inhibition is always observed in the real RPW: 95.4 %, 58.7%, 86.5 %, and 84.0% with the above mentioned inhibitors, respectively. Of the binary combinations of DZ-4 with other three inhibitors, two give 〉85 % inhibition of scale formation in ASP-FS prepared in the real RPW at lower dosages and they are: DZ- 4 + HE-7 (20 + 100 mg/L) and DZ-4 + P-10 (20 + 50 mg/L). Intrcducing into ASP-FS these single inhibitors does not notably affect its dynamic intertidal tension at dosage 50 mg/L and its apparent viscosity at dosages 50 and 100 mg/L.
