摘 要:综合分析了我国水基钻井液技术的发展,包括:①聚磺钻井液的形成过程及包括约10种处理剂的配方组合模式;②硬脆性泥页岩地层井壁稳定及钻井液体系(抑制剂+封堵剂);③从半透膜机理发展出的4种新体系(聚多醇类,甲酸盐类,甲基葡糖苷,硅酸盐类)。介绍了国外水基钻井液最新技术:④无侵害钻井液及其处理剂,滤失量的砂床法测定结果及应用;⑤胺基钻井液及其处理剂,钻屑整体硬度测试和耐崩散性测试;⑥设计者钻井液。认为在抑制机理上成膜和封堵是今后发展方向,在配方组合上应由聚合物+磺化物体系转向聚合物+封堵剂体系。图7表2参27。The developments in water base drilling fluids in China are compiled and analyzed in three topics: ①the historical aspects of formulating polymer/sulfonate fluid and the variation of its recept composition from about 10 additives; ② bere-hole instability in shale formations and the inhibitor + sealing/plugging agent fluid system used; ③ 4 fluid systems developed in terms of semipermeability mechanisms, namely: polyols, formates, methylglucoside, and silicates. The uptodate novel inhibitive fluids abroad are presented in following topics: ④ non invasive drilling fluid (DF) and its additives, the comparative results and uses of sand bed filtrate measurements; ⑤ high performance (amine based) water base DF, the bulk hardness and the slake durability tests for clay cuttings; ⑥ designer DF. It is suggested that further mechanistic researches be aimed at filming and sealing/plugging and the fluid composition be changed from system polymer+ sulfonates to system polymer+ sealing/plugging agent.
