摘　　要：本文以液氯运输过程中发生泄漏这一典型事故为例,针对液氯的物理化学特性,制定专项的应急救援行动预案,详细阐述了应急的程序、战术对策、行动准则和伤员救治方法,为液氯等化学危险品的现场应急行动提供了指南。This paper took an example of liquid chlorine leaking in transportation, based on its physical and chemistry characteristic, instituted special emergency response plan, explicated the response procedure, tactics and countermeasure, action guideline and the rescue and remedy for the wounded, provided the directory of spot emergency response action for chemical material such as liquid chlorine.
