摘　　要：新闻法的一般渊源是指新闻法效力的一般形式。中国新闻立法尚在酝酿之中。文章通过研究世界各国新闻传播法的诸种形式,尝试阐说新闻法的一般渊源,以期为我国新闻法渊源的立法选择提供资鉴。The general sources of the press law mean the general forms of the effect of it. The legislation of the press law of China is still under discussion. In tiffs article the authors studied the forms of the press law and tried to interpret the general sources of it in order to serve the legislation of the press law of China.
